Overall Satisfaction with SkyPrep LMS
We require an LMS system that is user friendly, allows us to organize our organizations into multiple groups while allowing those groups the autonomy to run their own reports, and enroll their own users while setting a limit on the number of users they can enroll. We have multiple courses that require multiple different types of assessments, requirements for passing, etc. and SkyPrep LMS hits the mark and makes our organization and process much more efficient.
- Building a class is super easy from pre-recorded powerpoints, videos
- Assessment Building and Quizzes are user friendly
- The reporting features for both internal and external use by clients is robust, but also controllable
- Very extensive administrative features can be administered dependent on client/company needs
- Customer Service is not 24 hours-this is problematic on holiday weekends as unless it's a full system crash, you would have to wait a couple of days for a response to a help ticket
- Building custom certificates is a little more complicated then we would have liked, but they were very helpful in assisting and in the end created them for us so it's a win! (They have easy to implement templates, but more involved if you want to integrate a certificate you already have)

We had lots of technical issues and glitches in the systems over the past decade. Login instructions were constantly not being received by clients (this issue has pretty much disappeared with SkyPrep LMS) and their customer service could not fix anything from the backend on many of the systems. They couldn't login to see the issue and just required extensive testing on my part. Also, any changes or customizations to courses that were in progress were difficult if not impossible making it hard to efficiently update courses. SkyPrep LMS makes all of this easy, and when I do have a question provides really simple to follow directions to set things how I like (or even better, often just offers to adjust my settings for me!).
