Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is used to communicate with our team in the organization, voice & video calls (Huddle) are also supported by the slack which is very helpful in case of connecting with someone remotely. We can share multiple types of files through slack & can integrate with many 3rd party apps and services.

- Communicating through Channels
- Slack does not show whether the members of the channel or DM have seen the message or not.
- It uses simple Mobile emojis unlike Skype
- Integration is available but not easy
- Good for internal team communication
- Integration with 3rd party apps & services
- Remote meetings - Audio & Video
- Cost is too high for using some of it's features
- Less data security
