Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

Smartlook is currently being used to evaluate and test the design and functionality of our website. It helps us test and identify what features are working or not.
  • Recordings are pretty easy to view and use.
  • Smartlook's website is pretty simple and intuitive.
  • User management on Smartlook's website works well.
  • Heat maps can use some improvement.
  • It helped eliminate costly apps.
  • It helped to focus on how functionality could be improved.
I haven't requested any support from Smartlook yet.
Pretty intuitive and easy to use.
100% better. Microsoft had no support at all. They directed you to a forum where other users "could" assist, but there was no assistance.

Smartlook does a great job of evaluating the U/X. However, it's best to use this tool to complement other tools. For example, Smartlook itself can't explain why your bounce rate is high.

Configuring Smartlook

Configuration options are plenty depending on your needs.
I currently only use it for my home page, but you could use it for well-trafficked pages.
