Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

We use SmartRecruiters to aggregate our jobs and save time with postings. I've shared with other dept members, recruiters, and companies. It has been a great resource for us. We have hired more than 40 employees in the last 5 months and are grateful for technology to help us find great candidates and build a positive reputation.

We actually use both. The Applicant Manager (TAM) is more expensive but also more thorough. We like TAM and SmartRecruiters more than ZipRecruiter and Google Hire.
SmartRecruiters is good for jobs where you want to get it posted to multiple boards. It also helps extend a posting on Indeed.
