Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor

SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NMS) is a precious asset in our organization where we are monitoring our device and network infrastructure.

Pros

  • It notify us with abnormal behavior of a device on the network.
  • It makes a backup of our configurations.

Cons

  • You can't depend on it 100% when the system goes down and you need to review the reports and logs on a daily basis.
  • Reports sizes are heavy and you need more disk space.
  • Employees can focus on their work when they receive alerts and reports about their devices.
  • Save time to present the network graph.
Intuitive Web Interface:

  • Customizable Dashboards to focus on critical devices or issues
  • Drill-down performance and availability views
  • Reduced time spent on troubleshooting and analysis
