Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor
Across the entire organization, Solarwinds is used to monitor up and downtimes of network configuration items. We push application install and Windows' updates on clients' devices. Netpath monitor is a tool I find intriguing.
- I like the port monitor alert. It's in real time with alert.
- Netpath helps me push my ISP when they are not being truthful about their downtimes.
- I would lean more towards the bugs repair for now.
- The PMS connect error issue.
- Due to swift support team from Solarwinds, none so far negative.
- Positively, our project values time to money. A project worth $257M with less than 12 months to closure considers each day as vital. Solarwinds hasn't caused a business impact so far.
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Palo Alto Networks Threat Protection
They all have their unique abilities. I wasn't clothed with the selection authority. It was selected based on company's policy as advised by an IT security firm.
