Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Commissions tracking and reporting. System must track deals, commission rates, and account start dates. The sales and sales operation teams all have accounts. The sales teams are broken into different segments, each segment and roles therein will have different quotas and commission strictures. Any solution we use must be flexible enough for these different personas and nuance.

Some time lag quirks between held, earned, and paid commission categories but a big improvement overall. Tool is flexible enough to work across multiple teams, personas, segments, etc., all while increasing transparency and ease of use. Previously I’d have to keep my own accounting in an excel spreadsheet but this is no longer needed.
Much improved transparency and trust in the process. Whereas before I kept my own records and spent time during 1:1 meetings with my manager to reconcile/follow up I now can verify things mostly on my own. When questions do arise having everything on one page is a big help.

Yes

Spiff is a big improvement for our team. The visualization/dashboard are helpful and nearly replace the need for a sales rep to keep his/her own records. There are a couple of quirks in how the information is displayed across categories that can be a bit confusing but we are figuring those out.
