Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Commissions tracking and reporting. System must track deals, commission rates, and account start dates. The sales and sales operation teams all have accounts. The sales teams are broken into different segments, each segment and roles therein will have different quotas and commission strictures. Any solution we use must be flexible enough for these different personas and nuance.

Much improved transparency and trust in the process. Whereas before I kept my own records and spent time during 1:1 meetings with my manager to reconcile/follow up I now can verify things mostly on my own. When questions do arise having everything on one page is a big help.
