Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Our company uses Spiff specifically for monthly bonus pay. It is a perfect solution for us as many of our employees receive a bonus for each file they complete.

Spiff has positively impacted trust in the compensation process as employees can see a breakdown of their bonus's rather than just a total in their paycheck. They are able to double check that they are receiving everything they are entitled too.
