Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
Sprout Social allows us to neatly create and schedule a high volume of social posts/content for a large and growing list of clients. It is primarily used in our social media department. A handful of dedicated staff interact with and manage Sprout Social, collaborating and sharing duties in getting content up on multiple social platforms on a daily basis.

- Interface could use a light update
- Rarely, multiple users accessing the same account may have issues
- Support is great most of the time with very few longer response times
- Hourly wage cost has obviously improved with the speed and volume Sprout Social can provide
- Employee ability to get volume of work done in less time
- Customer satisfaction--ability to quickly post important timely info very fast across multiple platforms
I have not personally used anything other than Sprout Social. Before it was doable to manually manage each social account. We then grew significantly and needed an all-in-one solution. Sprout Social perfectly fit our needs then and still does six years later. No complaints on my end. Staff are happy too.
