Overall Satisfaction with Spryker Cloud Commerce OS
Spryker is used by our multinational online shopping platform, which has a steadily growing range of several million products. Our largest customer is an international shopping community that unites 15 million shoppers and 150,000 merchants in over 50 countries. It was therefore clear to us that we needed the best software solution available on the market in order to run our e-commerce system. That's why we decided to switch to Spyker.
- The modularization provides the flexibility we need.
- High scalability.
- The support team is very friendly and helpful.
- The learning curve is quite steep.
- Probably not the best solutions for small businesses.
- Thanks to Spryker, we could expand our e-commerce business to ca. 30 countries and counting.
We used Salesforce, SAP, Oracle and Shopify.
