Overall Satisfaction with SugarCRM
We used SugarCRM to manage our customers, leads and outbound sales efforts. It was used by our sales team. We previously had been using an Access database to manage our contacts which was cumbersome and we wanted an online solution we could customize for our specific industry needs.
- Highly customizeable
- The team at Sugar actually listened to my feedback and made changes to their system based on my company needs.
- It was way more affordable and then SalesForce and easier to maniuplate.
- Integrating the data at the time needed more finesse, this may have been changed
- Mapping sales data was also a little difficult
- At the time, it saved our internal resources from having to manually update leads.
- We no longer had to use Access for CRM
- We were easlity able to see our sales teams outbound efforts
SugarCRM was very fast and easy to customize. We loved the freedom to quickly create new fields in the system.
Compared to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, where a developer actually has to write code, with Sugar, even a lay person could make changes without screwing anything up. :)
