Overall Satisfaction with SurePayroll
My company started using Sure Payroll approximately three years ago. We were generally happy with the service and performance of Sure Payroll till our account was hacked in October of 2020. To make a long story a bit shorter, someone was able to log in to my Sure Payroll portal, cancel our normal payroll that was just processed and pay themselves a $10,000.00 bonus. They had also opened a new bank account and chose Direct Deposit for their method of payment. Needless to say, this created many problems, starting when Sure Payroll tried to debit my corporate checking account. I was able to stop the debit and immediately called Sure Payroll to tell them what was going on. I was told not to worry....that's when I started to worry.
In December I looked at my tax filings and noticed that all filings had the fraud amount included. I called Sure Payroll again and asked to speak with a manager. The manager promised to get back to me. He later did and told me that Sure Payroll had terminated my account. I am now left with a tax mess that will take me a few weeks to correct.

- Pays taxes on time.
- Customer Service agents lie.
- They will not protect their customers if fraud occurs.
- Customer Service Managers lie.
- Completely destroyed my 4th quarter taxes.
- Did not assist with the fraud on my account.
