Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All (formerly Call-em-all) to send broadcast notices to customers regarding their past-due accounts. We also use this service to send notices regarding events, water service issues, etc. Using this service is easy and makes contacting multiple people at the same time quick.

I have never received poor service whenever I needed to reach out to support for any question I had regarding their service.
We have utilized this service to reach multiple customers with emergency notifications, and also to broadcast upcoming events.

This service is very affordable and is easy to use. Whenever we are low on "credits" it is easy to add more immediately. The service allows us to schedule calls/texts in advance to be delivered at a later time. It is nice to have the option of Text-Em-All to translate a written message into a voice message or text message.
