Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We service over 6500 Senior Citizens clients on a daily basis for their daily meal delivery. Texas has unpredictable weather, when implemented weather occurs we use Text-Em-All to communicate with our clients with instructions for our delivery service. During Hurricane Harvey I was able to work remotely while I was away in California relaying several messages using Text-Em-All to our clients. It was a valuable asset in our organization providing service to our clients.

  • It provides the freedom of purchasing the needed credits for calls with forcing you to maintain a monthly balance

  • Decrease the amount of time spent organizing areas with regards of delivering to our clients.

It has proven to be an effective tool with communication with employees in an emergency situation. An effective means of relating information in a quick and reliable for to either notify messages or instructions for employees or clients. The best part you can either choose to call or text a message or even use both to communicate with individuals.

We have had to make last minute announcements to our clients depending on the weather or last minute emergencies. I have been able to record and schedule the intended message in a last minute notice. This gives us an advantage in strategic planning in running our business to the most effect measure.
