Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Due to our geographical location we deal with unpredictable weather. As such Text-Em-All allows us to communicate with our employees easily during an emergency closure instead of calling over 300 employees. Additionally, it is very helpful in a 24hr business to be able to message specific employee populations or remind them of upcoming events/training sessions.
  • Easy to use
  • Automatic voice recordings for whatever message you want to send
  • Can bulk add multiple numbers/accounts at once instead of manually uploading them
  • Different cost/business options to use as needed. We currently purchase credits as we send out but we could upgrade to monthly charges if we wanted to send more messages out more often.
  • Would like to see more options to bulk remove accounts/numbers as HC options change it would be nice to not have to manually remove everyone
  • Would like to see more options in terms of how long/short a message can be
  • Bulk messaging/calling
  • We are able to consistently reach 90% of our employees in under a 30-minute time span in the event of an emergency. With most messages receiving a 97% or higher delivery rating.

In my opinion, Text-Em-All should be used sparsely for the greatest impact with your teams, and only in the event of closures or rare reminders when events/training is upcoming. If you only use it for emergency situations or sparsely then it will be more well received, and more employees will buy into using it in my opinion.
