Overall Satisfaction with The Raisers Edge

Raiser's Edge is used only in the fundraising department of the organization. It helps to track donor records, donations, and event registrations.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Donor records.
  • Gift batching.
  • Dated interface.
  • Reporting is hard to personalize.
  • Lots of clicking.
  • Ability to batch donations quickly instead of individual gift entry.
  • Quick letter production.
  • Streamlined systems within department.
It provides a complete package without any needs missing. We are able to do everything we need to do within one database.
Over the years the support has increased and I am very happy with how Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge supports our needs.

Compared to other donor relations software, Raiser's Edge is the best I have used. I am happy with the support they provide when having issues, and there is a lot of resources available online, and all necessary data fields are included.
