Our team uses Totango to manage our clients and pertinent account information to help further define their strategy and customer journey by using our platform. We are able to track clients logging into our platform, see an increase in metrics and reporting for various stages of the customer journey, and compare clients in a particular industry against other clients to measure for industry benchmarks.

- Segment my clients' data and provide metrics on a daily, weekly, or quarterly period
- Run reporting to share with client on their performance
- Ability to upload .jpeg or .png files
- Ability to upload outlook email message
- Ability to synchronize data with Salesforce
- Helps me to see what tasks have not been completed
- Helps me to plan my strategy for renewals
- Helps me to see how often client is logging into the dashboard for more adoption
Totango is so much better than Gainsight. The ease of logging a touchpoint, the ability to measure impact, and review metrics at a glance have made it much easier to understand areas of need for clients and a simple and easy way to access the tool. Hands down - a much better fit for our team than our experience using Gainsight.
