Overall Satisfaction with TravelPerk
TravelPerk is being used by the whole company in the US. We created cost center by department so it is easier to see costs and expenses per department. This is a great platform for our engineers traveling 70% of their time.
- User friendly.
- Great customer support and the chat works well.
- I like that we receive an invoice at the end of the month and not automatic debit from the credit card.
- Even if it is a business tool, add the option to buy tickets for minors and children.
- Be able to add TSA for Americans.
- Be able to add frequent fliers miles with airlines.
- Positive impact on booking: fast for our users.
- Great reporting, lots of details on the invoice.
- We can customize the platform. Great advantage: I can add project codes, cost centers ...
TravelPerk does not make us pay for booking flights so it is a much cheaper option for the same quality of service.
The chat option is great, compared to phone customer service with Egencia that also gets costly: $22/call.
