Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

It's being used by our Marketing department primarily to track PR coverage and impact, as well as share of voice compare to competitors. It's intended to make this more efficient for our team and easier to exhibit the value of our spend in these areas.
  • Fairly simplistic UI
  • Has selected to build the most needed features...not overwhelming
  • Support seems like it's been fairly responsive.
  • The ability to track hits has been way off. We've adjusted with our support person, but are still not seeing key hits.
  • This makes us suspect of the overall downstream analytics dependent on this data.
  • Cision
Was already familiar with Cision (Trendkite) and knew they offered what we needed for now. Did not do heavy due diligence on other software.
Think I covered this already. We are using it to try to measure press activity (including social) and share of voice across target pubs and compared to our key competitors.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

Responsiveness and willingness to try to help has been great. We just haven't resolved our issues, yet.

Using Cision Communications Cloud

UI is very nice and options to easily share data are great. It's what's keeping us as a client for now...
