Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
My organization uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* as a global media monitoring tool. Used primarily by Communications, it helps us create monthly reports for our senior leadership both locally and at our global head office. IT also sends media alerts, but is not the only tool I use for this.

- Great user experience and dashboard.

Cision includes many more of the titles I'm looking for, but its evaluation is not as robust. Vision is still in a very rudimentary database and has a poor visual appeal resulting in my having to pull spreadsheets for management.

Communications and marketing, public relations, senior management use Trendkite in their various capacities.
1 - We do not require inside resources to support this simple, easy to use system. If we have a question, we contact one person in our corporate office or Trendkite support.
