Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet makes it extremely simple to manage payroll, reporting, insurance, and general HR for our very small organization. Having helpful, professional HR people available basically 24-7 is a huge asset to any company and to all employees. With Trinet we can offer benefits and services that we would not be able to offer on our own, including dental and vision, HSA/FSA, and commuter benefits. Plus, their online portal is pretty good for HR and payroll software and is improving all the time. Trinet reps have been extremely proactive in warning us about possible legal and compliance issues, and generous in spending their time and effort to help us find the best ways to resolve them.
- HR compliance, especially workers compensations for companies with employees in multiple states!
- Payroll and employee management. Clear reporting, easy to update, great support from the TriNet team.
- Insurance options! Much easier and clearer than going through a broker.
- It'd be nice to see more walkthroughs for different HR scenarios, e.g. handling parental leave or sabbaticals, etc.
- SMS reminders for payroll due dates!
- Using Trinet has freed up executive cycles to concentrate on what really matters for our business.
- Using Trinet means we sleep better at night, not worrying that we may accidentally be out of compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
- Paychex
We used Paychex for a while and it was ... not good. Lots of issues around making changes to our reporting, hard to get reps on the phone, and generally just an attitude of "we do what we want". With Trinet, we have a lot more control, and when we do have to talk to a rep, they're incredibly pleasant and responsive.
