Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I always get someone on the phone in a matter of minutes, and most of the things could be solved online in emails. I get a response in less than half an hour, which helps me to solve problems promptly. It makes me look better in front of my employees.
We have used TriNet since our company was established in 2015. We processing payroll through TriNet, offer all benefits to our employees and manage their time off. I was not an HR specialist, but as a small company manager I ended up taking care of all human resources issues and TriNet provided me great support whenever I needed it. No matter what I needed to accomplish (layoff, maternity leave, short-term disability, etc. ) TriNet always provided a prompt help. I would recommend TriNet to any organization or business.

I would definitely recommend TriNet for non-experienced HR persons, or for smaller businesses where you can get all your HR services at one single point of contact.
