Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Across our entire (small) org. Used for all HR management needs.
  • Great staff for assisting with issues.
  • Easy to process changes and payroll adjustments.
  • I-9 processing is confusing, but this has changed recently and I have not used the new system. I expect it is improved.
I have received help from our rep and from other TriNet staff in a wide range of unusual circumstances. Many I-9 filings (immigration issues), unusual employee requests that needed vetting, and many others. The TriNet team is prompt and helpful.
Everything is great, and this perhaps should be a ten. My only issue has been processing I-9 information, and I know there is now a new system for the I-9 form. The only other issues I have had were unusual circumstances where the TriNet team was very helpful.
  • Great simplification, especially ten years ago as a start up.
  • Helped a small firm look competitive to employees on the HR front.
I would recommend it for most scenarios.
