Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it across the organization as our single point of HR management. Most importantly, it gives me the ability to offer incredible health insurance to my employees.

Pros

  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! (Amanda Layell is incredible)
  • Simple and easy to use platform.

Cons

  • Employee interaction for logging vacation.
  • Expense management.
From onboarding to ongoing support, Trinet has been fantastic. Our account rep answers in less than a minute. It's incredible.
The UI has definitely improved. The admin portal is much better than the employee portal but logging vacation time is a bit complicated and expense management is nonexistent.
  • Payroll accuracy and ease of use has greatly improved.
  • Health Insurance offerings are far more competitive than anywhere else.
Cheaper and far more comprehensive than Zenefits. We switched two years ago and haven't looked back.
Trinet is an ideal solution for small businesses and indispensable for offering competitive health insurance to employees.
