Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used for HR support, payroll, and benefits across our US organization. We have also used TriNet from time to time to assist with HR-related questions that have legal implications. In the US, it is used by all our employees. We have also utilized TriNet to assist with some of the COVID-19 related actions that have been required over the last several months.
  • Support during COVID-19 when we required more urgent advice
  • Benefit related support
  • Portal for employees to track payroll and benefit related information
  • Specific support to employees requiring clarity in how they file for unemployment in their state
  • Support is highly dependent on the quality of your representatives. Our current advisor, Becky, has done a very good job but we have had representatives in the past that have not provided proper advice on specific matters, which has resulted in some inefficiencies.
  • Signing into the portal can be more frustrating than it should be.
The portal has most of what we require. The vacation related information is not easy to reference and this may be due to how it set up under my user ID information. From time to time, I would like to reference this as expeditiously as possible but at this point, I have not been able to see this clearly.
  • HR compliance has been enhanced.
  • Administration on HR-related tasks has improved.
  • TriNet's ability to work with us on recruitment is not cost-effective or creating opportunities to work more closely together.
TriNet, has mostly good representation and assistance but occasionally it can be less than desired.
