Quickbooks Online
We were looking to update our Quickbooks software to allow for more users to be able to work with the database. Given the age of our old version, we were unable to purchase a new user license. A team of three of us evaluated our software options to figure out how to upgrade. This project took about 3 months.
- Large variety of software that has been reviewed.
- Actual customer reviews help give real insight into user experiences.
- Fairly easy site to navigate.
- I think it would be nice to see the site expand to include more industry specific software. For example, I work in property management, for which there are quite a few software options available, but non are currently listed on TrustRadius.

We used the software websites to learn about the specific features available for the various versions we were considering. I then used Trust Radius to learn a bit more about how actual users liked the programs and to help decide which version might work best for our company.
We did not use any reports like these.
I looked at the Feature Ratings and Reviews to try and find users with similar backgrounds as us to see how they liked the software.
