The TrustRadius platform is used to generate reviews from our customers to support both our sales org and demand gen team. We also use the platform to see how we pair up with our competitors and leverage the buyer intent data for insights. This provides additional customer content such as quotes that we can use for customer references.
- The user interface is very easy to use, whether that is acquiring or managing reviews or pulling reports
- The TrustQuotes for Web is a great feature. We tied it into our sales enablement tool so our sales org could copy and paste quotes directly into their emails or decks.
- More detailed reports and granular buyer intent data
