Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to help drive awareness of our products to prospects in the market to buy new solutions. We also leverage the customer feedback to inform the product teams of feature requests, product weakness, etc. TrustRadius is used by Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management teams.
  • Lots of details and thorough feedback mechanism
  • UX is a bit plain
  • It's been difficult trying to drive more reviews since the process seems to take customers more time than other review sites
  • Lacks ability to include downloads or videos
  • Increased awareness about our product offerings as described by their peers
We currently partner with G2 Marketing Services and Capterra in addition to TrustRadius. All of the vendors offer similar ways to achieve awareness goals but vastly differ in ability to track demand generation, lead generation, etc., performances.

TrustRadius offers an integration with another product tool which makes it easier to drive reviews.
We haven't figured out a way to fully measure and leverage TrustRadius' impact on business KPIs but the customer reviews are used in various marketing collateral.
Customer reviews are very long and thoroughly allow us to really get some customer insights.
TrustRadius is really well suited as another channel for product teams and customer success teams to get more feedback from product users.
