Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We use tsheets to track time for employees and input into QuickBooks for payroll and invoice data.
  • User interface is excellent.
  • Online and Telephone technical support is outstanding. All the techs really know the software, are extremely helpful and friendly. Janine Davis was able to help me work thru an issue that really helped me straighten out our file system and correct errors.
  • Integrates well with QuickBooks.
  • Some of the features are difficult to find, but once pointed out by the technician, everything was more clear.
  • Tsheets has helped us to become DCAA compliant by having an approved payroll and timesheet system.
  • Tsheets has made it so much easier to track and record employee time in QuickBooks.
  • Tsheets has reduced manager burden by sending reminders to employees to input time.
Tsheets is very well suited for tracking employee hours, reminding them to input hours and summarizing the hours in reports for the employer. The Approval interface is excellent and easy to use.
