Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We are a small company so we are using across the whole organization, but in the future, we would love to use it by department. What we look for in using Tsheets is to track the employees' time. We have part to full time employees, and know what they are working on and add a simple note.
- GPS Tracking
- Sending reminders
- Customer Service
- What other users have told me is that desktop service is not user-friendly. I have not had problems using it but what others told me is that they find it easier to use the app on their phones.
- This is my first time using so I can't answer really answer this question well, but what I am expecting is to have more "control" about what employees are doing and see where we can improve.
