Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

I am a small business owner of just 1 employee. TSheets allows me to easily and accurately track my time when working on specific projects with my customers. The added benefit of integration with QuickBooks Online also helps me be more efficient when tracking my time. And finally, when it comes time to bill my clients, I can provide them with accurate time tracking that ensures them that they are being invoiced correctly.
  • Tracking time by client.
  • Detailed reporting by project.
  • Tight integration with Quickbooks Online.
  • It would be nice to have some short and to the point tutorials from TSheets.
  • Reporting options. I would like to be able to do reporting, by customer, by more than one service item.
  • The approval process could be a little less involved.
  • Easier to track time base activity per project.
If a customer wants to track employees using the mobile app, then this is the tool for them. Although I do not need or use that functionality, I can see a real benefit where a service company would like to track employees while on service calls and making sure they are billing the correct customer based on their location.
