Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We use TSheets across our whole organization. Before implementing TSheets our employees were handwriting their timesheets and I was having to manually add up their time every week, now TSheets does the math for me and I don't have to wonder if my employees are tracking their time accurately.
- I love how TSheets breaks down employee time by customer or job and shows you the information in graphs and charts, not just numbers.
- TSheets is super user-friendly for my employees which helps to reduce errors.
- The main reason I chose to implement TSheets in our company was for the QuickBooks integration. It makes running payroll a seamless, streamlined task.
- Thier customer support team is awesome! Today I spoke with Sarah and she helped me solve my issue in a matter of minutes!
- I wish that the Product Help page was more user-friendly. I've tried searching for answers to my questions and the many of the search results aren't relative. And overall, the Help page is difficult to navigate. I'm the kind of person who likes to figure things out on their own, so this makes it difficult.
- TSheets saves me hours of work running payroll. And we all know time is money!
