Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We are using TSheets to make it easier for all our employees to maintain their time sheets. We have employees in the field and this is an easy way to keep track.
- Integration into QuickBooks Online - nice and easy to export all time at the end of the pay period and remove any guess work on employee hours.
- Customer Service - we've had a few chat sessions to help out and always helpful. Just got off with BD1 today and not only did he solve my issue in zero time, he was fun and personable.
- I'd love to make use of the Customers integration feature, but because it is mandatory we can not use it at all. Our business is not set up like that, but if it were optional, I would definitely get more value out of it.
- Easier to administer and approve time sheets
TSheets is real time - employees have to clock in and no more going back trying to remember the number of hours worked.
