Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We are using TSheets to track in shop and install crew times and activities for each job. This has also been a huge help to me as manager to be able to see an accurate time breakdown of what tools and equipment we use and how much we use them for each job. TSheets has also saved me a lot of office time by not having to review paper time sheets and track everything manually.
- The first thing that TSheets does really well is it allow me to not only track individual jobs, it also allows me to set add-on tracking areas so that we can really break down times on jobs.
- The second thing that TSheets does really well is that I can not only see who is on the clock and for what job, I can also see their times for the current job, for the day, and for the week.
- The third thing that TSheets does really well is that it allows me the ability to review employees times for set periods and manually adjust information for those times if the employee made a mistake.
- The first thing that I would like to see TSheets do differently is making it easier to generate job reports without errors occurring when you select items to track over allowing the program to generate a report for all areas.
- The second thing that I would like to see TSheets do differently is streamlining the way the program looks and works with computer, tablet and phone.
- The third thing that I would like to see TSheets do differently is having an option added to where previously entered tracking areas are not auto generated when switching jobs.
- TSheets has allowed me as a manager to track all of the data for each job that I was having to do manually based off of paper time sheets.
I decided to choose TSheets over TimeTracker primarily due to cost of the program and ease of operation. Another reason that I chose TSheets is the ease in being able to modify tracking areas so that they meet the companies needs.
