Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Automation Platform

We have been using UiPath for a number of years now to digitalize HR service processes within the whole employee lifecycle. RPA is now at the core of our operations and for us it is an easy and reliable way to speed up simple repetitive tasks, take pressure from more complex ones and formalize/standardize our service delivery.
  • Orchestration of multiple processes (incl. prioritization, scheduling)
  • Error tracking/logs
  • Integration with other vendors (OCR)
  • Studio is running quite slow for us
  • It could produce its own documentation throughout the screens used
  • We have trouble keeping and cleaning up our 200+ processes with all the new frameworks (Windows-Legacy -> Legacy, new Studio versions...)
  • Automating most of our business processes has brought us a lot of FTE realization
  • We have speed up services and now offer 24/7 services for some processes
  • Where applicable, we have employees in the loop between multiple processes to gain additional insight knowledge
We use UiPath along many other systems for event detection and orchestration or automation of business processes.

Among them are: Splunk, Celonis, Bizagi, Tableau.

Some of them are inter-related as we for example connect Celonis Event detection with triggering UiPath Robots to solve the problem. We are thinking about doing the same with Splunk for other more website-related data pools.

Day-to-day transactional tasks that follow strict guidelines are easy to be exploited with UiPath.

Some more complex, creative skills are way tougher to digitalize.

You can really automate any system, website, anything, without particular integration, but I would recommend using APIs and integrations as frequently as possible within UiPath. Mail management f.e. can be easily integrated with Microsoft Graph API.
