Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Since 2019, our company started using UKG Pro, and it is an awesome software that helps with human resources in our company. Personally, I use it for payroll, Onboarding, and Recruiting (I give support to all the branches in USA, Hawaii, and Canada). The reports are pretty accurate and easy to pull.

  • During the pandemic, we decreased a considerable amount of employees, and UKG Pro was a good tool for these difficult times. Time savings.

I give this high rating because It's really easy to use and figure out how it works. In my opinion, it is more organized on the web than the app (smartphone), but still, the software is easy to get around and find what you're looking for. A very user-friendly product that upgrades continually for the better.
Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding. Great HRIS/payroll system! The best HRIS I have ever used in the last 3 years in the HR field. We have very few issues or challenges. When Payroll is open, it takes time to upload spreadsheets or slows the system. However, we've learned to upload the spreadsheet before payroll opens.
Payroll & benefits have been the two modules of the program that I've been working with since 2019. I can see the difference and the upgrades, and the communication between the Tech support - General Office - Branches, and the rest of the team. It is really easy, understandable, and efficient. We receive prompt responses to our needs.
