Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We utilize several UKG modules including Pro, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and the LMS. We implemented 2 of those this year -- clearly, we love using UKG or we would not have signed up for those modules. UKG makes it really easy for us to manage our employee data in a single system, rather than having to make changes in several systems.
  • Employee data management is versatile and easy
  • Community and Learning center are great resources
  • The People Analytics reporting suite is great
  • It would be great to have more advanced classes on the reporting and event tools
  • It allows for employee self-service, which frees up our HR team to focus on more strategic projects
We are implementing the LMS right now and this is going to pay off in ways we haven't even thought of yet. It is going to streamline and strengthen our compliance process, and also give us training opportunities since we can create our own courses. We are so excited to have our LMS directly linked to our employee data in core because we will be able to automate course assignments.
I manage our HRIS so I love working with UKG. The Rapid Response team has helped me when I was panicking more times than I can count. It is so helpful knowing I have the UKG team to fall back on when I need help on things new to me (like the first time I had to void and reissue a check). They are wonderful at teaching new users how to help themselves.

I think UKG could fit almost any company or industry. It is so versatile that you could set it up to meet your specific needs. At our company, for example, we have 2 pay schedules for exempt and non-exempt employees. UKG is able to accommodate this unusual setup by allowing us to add multiple pay groups.
