Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We use UKG Ready on a daily basis. I use it to run reports, help internal customers, uploading documents. The big issue we have is getting straightforward answers from UKG reps. In my experience, simple reports that should be available are not, and based off the community learning, multiple users have requested the same or alike reports YEARS ago, and they are still not available. In my opinion, the two-app login is very unnecessary; why can't it be integrated? I also feel the 15-character password is inconvenient. In my experience, communication broadcasts are always down and vague.

- I've read from the community asking for an attendance points report that was more detailed in case of an audit

- UKG staff that knows their stuff and not passing you from person to person
- Quicker response than 2-3 week response
- Functioning communication broadcast
- Simpler report creation
- Spend more time trying to get assistance from UKG
- Spend more time looking on where or how to build reports
Again, in my experience, the runaround given by UKG reps has caused a work disturbance.
