Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We use UKG Ready for scheduling, time tracking, HR, etc. Because of the personnel shortages, we had to become more flexible with scheduling, which meant our pay calculations differed from ordinary 6-2:30 type shifts. Our union calculations were quite different as well. UKG is working with us to build a deduction based on the calculations we need to use.
- UKG is constantly updating its Software to what the customers' needs are
- UKG has knowledgeable staff in all areas of its software to help customers
- UKG continually offers training to its customers
- Better support when onboarding new customers. My experience was receiving enough education to get UKG up and running. I did not learn all that UKG can do for me as a customer.
- The new Company Hub page took a lot of work to format. I would have liked to have templates to utilize the setup of the Company Hub better.
- Projects take forever when requested from UKG
- Using the Survey/communication tools that UKG offers has improved. employee satisfaction somewhat
