Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

When I was the HR administrator / coordinator I used UKG Ready on a daily basis for HR admin. I used it for checking employee data, Goals, tasks, time off, etc. We used it as our main HR system before they switched to another software right after I left. UKG Ready was sufficient.

  • Great for ease of use. Doesnt take a ton of training on it

I like UKG Ready but in my opinion there are better ATS out there that are even more user friendly, like BambooHR. It is very easy to learn and pick up. Good for reports, employee data, performance management but we did not use it for ATS or recruitment. We used iCIMS.
Our payroll team worked well with UKG Ready and I didn't hear nay problems. We didnt integrate SunLife with it but we did have benefits information on the employee profiles which were easy to make into spreadsheets to organize, update and collect data.
I would say it was good for productivity because it doesnt take much training to start using it regularly. I found that the ATS we were using, iCIMS, was much less user friendly than UKG Ready.
I like UKG Ready much better because I find it is more robust and easier to pick things up quickly than on iCIMS.

Yes

I think it is great for companies with a large amount of employees (500+) and works well to support large organizations. Integrates well with payroll and benefits.
Also great for maintaining a large amount of employee data.
Great for encouraging feedback and collaboration. Wouldn't be appropriate for small organizations in my opinion.
