Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro across the whole organization. By only having one system to work from, our managers and employees have the same information at their fingertips. When payroll is being processed, both Payroll and HR can access the system and continue working. There is no down time waiting for payroll to process. Managers have one central place to access their employees on a day to day basis.
- Training - UltiPro has a very comprehensive training program. You can train during a specified time via Web Casts or at your leisure. If you are not able to attend a Web Cast they always have them available to watch at a later date. This keeps all users of UltiPro informed.
- Updates - UltiPro is constantly updating the system. The updates happen because the users are able to share ideas and UltiPro is able to take those ideas and make them useful.
- The system in general - It is a very user friendly system and gets better every year. UltiPro constantly makes changes to streamline the use of the system for managers/employees and administration.
- Reports - If you can think of it - there is a report for it. The system is report based so any type of report you need is at your fingertips. There are several ways to access reports and if you can't find the one your looking for, it is easy to make your own report.
- Time Management - this is an area that has been improving over the years, but is definitely something that needs to continue to be worked on. Because Time Management does not communicate with Core very well it causes problems - it's like working in two separate systems - which I guess you are but it seams you should not have to do this. Once it's put in Core, all information should transfer to Time Management.

- The tabs on each employee make it easy to find specific information.
- If you don't like the way something is titled you have the ability to make the wording what works for your company.
- Workflow - once this process is set up and in place, it is very easy for managers to transfer employees from one department to another and to request raises. The approval process for all involved is easy to watch.
- Sometimes Time Management is hard to use because it doesn't talk with Core.
- Workflow - managing different managers with different role types. The more roles you have that are responsible for the same workflow, the harder the workflow is to make and manager.
Yes - I use the desktop version and it works just like I was sitting at my desk. I have been out of the office and unable to get to a computer and needed to get something changed before payroll and was able to do so on my phone very easily.
