Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across all divisions of my company. Being an hourly employee I use it to punch in and out to track my time and pay. I can also see how much vacation time I have accrued, track benefits and update my personal data.
  • Easy to track hours worked
  • Easy to submit and track time off requests
  • Easy, intuitive navigation throughout the site
  • It would be nice to have graph functionality to see year over year trends. For example, tracking how much over-time was worked, how much regular time, how much money grossed and netted, how many taxes paid from one year to the next, all in one spot instead of having to manually put that data together.
  • Time savings
The dashboard makes it easy to navigate the site thereby saving time.
UltiPro is a good competitor to ADP, not as robust but we selected it as a cost effective alternative.
UltiPro is well suited for all basic employee needs. However, it would be nice to have a way to integrate tracking 401K and stock benefits.

The software is simple, intuitive, covers all the basic needs while being user friendly.
