Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use it for all of our US operations. It's a great system to help within many areas. We use it for open electronic open enrollment, recruiting, onboarding, and even as a way to get information to our employees.
  • Having an electronic open enrollment is much nicer than paper. It keeps accurate records and then you are able to pull reports.
  • Recruiting and onboarding. It allows us to track each step of the hiring process.
  • The confirmation page of open enrollment. It has current elections in ABC order and it is not a true side by side comparison.
  • We have 2 different pay cycles and it does not allow PTO to be accurate as one group is paid to the date.
  • Time savings
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
Yes we have [achieved these outcomes by using UltiPro]. Time saving on the open enrollment process. We are also able to have all information in one place.
Ultipro is such a better system than ADP.
They definitely look to the future and bring new ideas to the table. They really embrace their customers' ideas and work with them.
