Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery
Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery is used for all backups for virtual and physical servers for our school.
- Single console for physical and virtual servers.
- Backups are consistent and reliable.
- As of now, I have found their cloud backup very, very unreliable.
- When there is a problem with the could backup it takes a long time to resolve the problem.
- Cloud backup [needs] improvement.
- Lost three hard drives once on their appliance and lost all my backups.
- It took several days to resolve that issue.
- Very poor customer service on that issue.
