Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

It is being used across the whole organization to help lead specialists to identify with their target, garner as much information as possible and deliver high quality leads to our clients. With it, we are able to track how individual callers are progressing and gives us much-needed analytics for our clients.
  • The search function is user-friendly.
  • The layout of VanillaSoft makes it easy to see at a glance the info you need.
  • I think the search function needs an update.
  • Notes can be hard to read at the bottom of the page.
  • With VanillaSoft I am able to increase my contact rate about 30 percent.
  • Less time is wasted on a lead because I'm not searching for information.
Five9 was extremely frustrating to use. The notes field was jumbled together, callbacks were not organized at all. I found myself wasting precious time on a record because everything was cluttered and not in an orderly fashion. With Five9 there were outages that happened which interfered in getting projects done in a timely fashion.

VanillaSoft is extremely suited for lead generation. All the information is right there, no fumbling around looking for the person's title or extension. The notes/comment field is great, I have ample room to write notes. On projects where I need to ask a lead questions, the worksheet is highly visible so I can't miss it.
