Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

We use it across the whole organization to ensure peace of mind that all O365 files are backed up and old files are recoverable for a period of time.
  • Not limited to the O365 time limit.
  • Not sure there is anything I would change at this time.
  • Positive in terms of the peace of mind aspect.
  • We haven't needed to access the backups so with hindsight a cost and time burden we could have avoided but not a risk we wanted in our business so we are happy with the decision to use this solution.
Logicalis, an IT services company, made us aware of O365's limitations. They knew I had used Veeam to back up servers in other roles and recommended Veeam for MS Office 365.
Logicalis does the administration for me but once set up it has run seamlessly.

Knowing that we are not completely reliant on Microsoft despite having a heavy dependency on that organization.
