Overall Satisfaction with Veeva Vault
Prior to Veeva our system was incredibly outdated. Veeva has made managing files and projects very easy. It's straightforward and easy to find what you need if you are willing to poke around a bit. My team is very helpful and can always answer the questions and problems I might encounter. I only touch on a tiny bit of Veeva's capability, but I wish I knew/used more of the features. Definitely a great program and it's exactly what we need.
- Upload files quick and easily with drag and drop feature
- Easy to sign in as myself and as a delegate for someone else
- Easy to communicate with my team on projects
- I'm not crazy about how quickly I get timed out
- It has made our projects move smoother and quicker through the system so our time is more optimized.
Monday is a great organizational tool but we use Veeva for FDA products. The two products are used in entirely different ways.
