Vena is used by the finance team but all departments use the reports for forecasting and controlling expenses.
Mostly field and laboratory departments will use the reports and KPI generated in the solution. Otherwise, other departments will be able to control their revenues and expenses.

We had a meeting or 2 every week and a follow-up on our progress. The working sessions have been rough some weeks but we had the best help that could be provided.
To have it synthesized and easily accessible. The insight gives a uick eye on the financial situation and we can go further to check the part where we can have issues.
We had quotes from three different companies including Vena. Even with a higher pricing, Vena made the best impression with a powerful software and a solid solution. With another competitor, we would have to engage a bookkeeper to support our consolidation. Vena didnt request this part.
