Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We use Vena Solutions as our tool for quarterly global financial data collection from our regional hubs. It coordinates the orderly collection and review of data from our hundreds of subsidiaries in order to prepare consolidated reports which enable us to file our SEC reports in a timely and organized manner.

Pros

  • The ability to view the consolidated status of a large amount of data collected at a moments notice.
  • Ability to enforce a workflow, ensuring documentation of review.
  • A centralized consolidated database for all of our disaggregated and consolidated data submissions.

Cons

  • We are awaiting our implementation of Vena Solutions' latest version of its software solution which addresses our primary functionality of 'requests' and 'wants'.
  • Positive impact is felt in reducing time spent on manual distribution and collection of Excel spreadsheets, as well as manual aggregation of data. Human time and effort was reduced significantly thereby reducing human error and which ultimately results in more accurate reporting data.
I've personally not used another product or solution, but came from a manual process, so the value and power of Vena Solutions was felt immediately.
Vena Solutions is well suited for any business process that uses spreadsheets for data collection and aggregation.
