Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

I was not involved with the implementation. We have had the product since 2006 and have recently upgraded to the most recent version.
We use Ventiv Claims for managing and adjusting all of the City's auto and general liability claims. At one time, it was used to handle workers' compensation claims, but we no longer use that function because we brought on a third party administrator.

  • Easy access.
  • Good format
  • Way to detailed for what we use it for.
  • Reporting is cumbersome.
  • It's an average product.

It was adequate for what we needed.
